I joined the group as postdoc in September 2021. Before that, I was a PhD student at ITAV, CNRS, Toulouse, France. I worked on computational microscopy. I did my PhD thesis under the supervision of Pierre Weiss and Thomas Mangeat. 

During my PhD thesis, I proposed methods to estimate/learn spatially varying blur operator in the context of microscopy. I first developped and analyzed a framework to estimate such operators in a computationally and mathematically efficient way. Then, I matematically studied blind inverse problems in a simplified framework of isolted spike observations. Finally, I proposed machine learning procedure to solve blind inverse problems, and in particular blind deblurring.

Research interests

I am interested in inverse problems and blind inverse problems for various imaging systems. I am working on developing machine learning algorithms to help solve practical problems, as in Cryo-EM or fluorescence microscopy. I am interested in numerical and theoretical aspects.
