I joined SADA as a researcher in May 2025. I earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zürich, followed by both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Basel.

I defended my master's thesis titled "Seismic Phase Picking and Foreshock-Aftershock Classification using Deep State Space Models" at SADA in January 2025.

Research interests

I am currently building on my master’s thesis, applying deep learning methods to detect and classify seismic activity in time-series data.
